I called the company several months ago re: Pop Secret Microwave
Popcorn...just to make sure that there was no hidden gluten in it, and to
find out what other products they had that were gluten free. After a
rather long conversation, the gentleman on the other end of the phone told
me that there P-R-O-B-A-B-L-Y was not anything in the product that had
gluten in it, HOWEVER, because of cross contamination, nothing Betty
Crocker makes is considered Gluten Free. There is too much flour flying
around the plant to guarantee anything. (corn is not a problem for
celiacs...unless, of course, you are allergic to it!)
