I'm trying to acquire the various ingredients that go into the bread
recipes that have been posted recently. One is bean flour, which the
poster specified was ordered from Authentic Foods. I'd like to find a
local equivalent. Does someone know what kind of beans are used? Does
it matter? Could I substitute Indian chickpea flour with no loss of
whatever qualities the bean flour is adding to the mix?

If necessary I would order bean flour by mail, but I really do like
to find ingredients here in town when I can. Thanks in advance!
