According to a post from Karoly Horvath, MD, on July 9, 1996, skin diagnosis
can be made by a) skin biopsy - immunofluorescent staining, and by b) blood
test - positive antiendomysium antibody test. He stated that he thought most
dermatologists considered the biopsy as the "gold standard" for the diagnosis.
