Thanks for all the warnings about flour in chili, etc. You reminded me to
check my recipes again and sure enough I add _GF_ flour when I make chili,
so I'd better check with restaurants too!

Hubby and I went to our first mexican restaurant since going GF, for
Valentine's, and had a great experience. Our waitress wrote down everything
I asked her about, and came back with detailed answers to each of my
concerns (tortillas, chili, fajitas in soy sauce, ya'll know the drill...).
Also, their enchiladas were wrapped with corn tortillas, not flour.

This heavenly place? Primo's Tex-Mex in Addison, Dallas, TX, USA.

Catching more flies with honey than vinegar, we tipped her *big* and
thanked her profusely. Turns out she's sensitive to citrus, so she's
vigilant for other people coming in asking questions...
