In theory, I think using the appropiate enzymes, sufficient digestion
time (for the enzymes), could degrade all protein (100%) to simple amino
acids, but how to prove it?
The enzymes must also be safely transported to the small intestine, will
most get there ok? As the food is moving time is running....
This may be one solution, but I don't think it is this year, but maybe
in some near future.
