Ok, today I need a should to cry on. Carrying on in this wheat laden
world has gotten the better of me this weekend. Perhaps it is because I
have resumed work & I now need to really plan ahead more to have GF
foods for a lunch ready for brown bagging it 5 days a week. The
glutaneous food offerings (I decline) being passed around at the
workplace. Maybe it's just because I am the only person who has Celiac
in my family & therefore the only one who is cooking GF. Because I did
not have time to mail order some expensive gf mail order cake mix- we
made a gluten birthday cake for my son's birthday that I could not eat.
His choice of taco bell for dinner excluded me, because their meat has
oat filler in it. Etc....... the whole program is starting to feel like
a real burn out. I'm spending my day off cooking stuff I can't buy gf.
Bad cramps can't be curbed with tylenol or advil because they may have
oat binders & make me sick. If I see another label with "Natural
Flavors" on it, I'm going to scream!~~~~Signed NOT June Cleaver in the
