I also eat Van's waffles--they say on the box: gluten free, yeast free,
egg-less, dairy free, wheat free. They are worth trying. They are
manufactured by Vans International Foods of Torrance CA 90501. I get
mine from the frozen section of a Health Foods Store in Topeka, KS.
Cost: $2.59 for 6 waffles. They contain brown rice flour, potato starch
flour, sweet brown rice flour, canola oil, pear, pineapple, peach
sweetener, guar gum, baking powder, lecithin, sea salt, and soy
flour--for the sake of those who have other allergies. - Sharon in Kansas
