I will be taking a trip to Paris in July.  Can anyone recommend the best way
to let waiters know that I cannot have gluten?  My french is a bit rusty and
I don't know the best way to phrase this.  Also, does anyone have any advice
for GF eating in Paris?  Please respond to me personally.
