Recently we had two posts on House-Autry corn meal and if it is GF.  Each
post gave a slightly different answer.
 
This morning I called the company at 800 849-0802 and asked for the
details.  The answer is incomplete and will not be resolved for several
weeks.  They just regained power after the storm and until things are back
to complete operation, no one is available in production to answer the
question.  I will follow-up on the question in a few weeks.
 
The stone grinds nothing but corn.
 
There are other products sold by the company and some do contain gluten.
 
The question that is outstanding is: What about the packaging machine?
Is it dedicated to corn meal or can wheat containing mixes be produced
on the same equipment.
