Hi all:
 
To summarize what the responses were to my "Reaction"  post.  It
seems that most of you who wrote me back had the same experience
after being GF for over 1 year or so, and then accidently (or
knowingly) ingested gluten.  The pains in the stomach, diarrhea, and
severe vomiting, even though they never had those symptoms before
Celiac diagnosis.  And as like all of  you, I will have to be very careful from
now on and not take any chances.  Thanks for all your replys.
