Hi everyone,
I'm getting ready to fulfill my new years resolutions: to cook at home
more in order to limit gluten accidents. Towards that goal, I have 3
questions:
1. Where can a person get LARGE quantities of white rice flour? Buying
one and two pound bags is expensive and I run out too often as well. I
would like to buy quantities of at least 5 lbs per bag.
2. A while back someone posted about storage of different types of
flours. The information included how long the different types keep and
the best manner to store it. Can someone resend me this info by private
email?
3.Along the same vein: someone posted info on storage of gf bread. I
vaguely remember something about slicing and freezing it but I want to
make sure I get it right. Please send me this info by private email as
well.
