The following taken from CSA/USA, Inc. Ingredient Red Flags For Gluten-Free
Commercial Products:
 
MALTO-DEXTRINS:  Maltose and dextrins that may be obtained by enzymic action
of barley malt or corn flour.  Celiacs should avoid a product if the source
is unknown.
