This is the first year that I will be celebrating my birthday with a
gluten free cake. I will be making it from Miss Roben's cake mix.
My question is, when the cake (two round pans) is cool, shall I leave
it out over night or put it in the refrigerator? I will be making the cake the
night before and frosting it the next day. Your tips would be a
great help.
