Two airlines that I have had wonderful GF meals on are Aer Lingus
(Ireland) and SAS (Scandanavian Airline Service).  Lufthansa
had rolls in GF meals (they have bread in everything!)
 
By the way, McDonalds in Denmark and Ireland serve hamburgers
on GF buns (I think Finland has them also).
 
Disney World bent over backwards to accomodate all of your
meals at hotel/theme park restuarants/etc to be GF (and good!)
