Tofu recipes?
Prevention magazine had a wonderful tofu drink
tofu
orange juice [we use Delmonte's orange, pineapple, banana]
honey
vanilla
fresh fruit [we found papaya, mango or pears work best]
Tofu can also be used in Miso soup: a type of Japanese fermented soybean.
Just avoid the Barley Miso. I will try to post the TOFU RECIPE book we
have at home.
We use a soft, white tofu in water from a Japanese store named Sanko
Trading, 730 Queen Street in Toronto (416) 703-4550. Most commercial
tofu is packaged in vinegar or is extra firm.
On another tack, if anyone want to know about cancer [and smoking] read
the September issue of Scientific American.
