This has always been confusing to me, because I really feellike I react
to white distilled vinegar. One summer I was sick off and on with my
tonsil-gluten reaction and finally we realized the vinegar in a Hain
dressing we had always used had changed from apple cider vinegar to white
distilled. I changed that onething, and had no more problems. I would be
interested in other people'sexperiences.
