I can relate to the weight gain problem. I gained at least 10
lbs. after going gluten free. All I can say is be patient with
yourself and stay on the diet. Your body will re-adjust in
time, especially if you exercise. I have had trouble
exersising for years due to the arthritis complications I have
(I strongly think this is connected to celiac). Try not to get
to discouraged. Staying on the diet is imperitive to your
overall health. Hang in there!
