I purchased a spiral sliced hickory smoked ham today. It says the ham
is cured with water, salt, honey, sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium
erythorbate, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite. It is a Cook's ham.
Does anyone see any problems with the product as far as gluten? It
doesn't list any smoke flavoring, so I guess I am assuming that it is
naturally smoked?? Also has a glaze packet which I can't even read the
ingredients on but doubt I will even use this.
Thanks for any help.
