Janet. I also eat very few if any prepared foods. that may be why I have
done so well on the gf diet. the only prepared foods I eat are from gf
companies, and not many of them. We eat fresh veg and fruits every day, and
even grind our own turkey breast into hamburger patties, and make turkey
breasts out of the rest. I just dont trust half what they put into our foods
