Hi, I heard a rumor that the sulphites that are
often put into dried fruits can be somehow
tainted by gluten. Does anybody know whether this
is just hearsay or whether there's something to it?
Also, a friend of mine claimed that raisin packagers
are not required to disclose the presence of sulphites
on the ingredients list. Could that really be so?
