In some materials I was given by a friend from a Lexus-Nexus search, it seems
that there will by some products labled Gluten Free Matzo available from
Israel and England for the Passover Season.  They are made from OATS which
most of us feel are a NO NO for Celiacs. Be careful out there friends.  If
anyone does find a true GF Matzo, I sure would like to see it. Bory
