I remember reading something about not all honey being gluten-free. Is this
true? My daughter ate some while she was traveling two months ago. She thought
it was safe. Now I see this as the possible culprit in the symptoms which
followed her trip. If not all honey is GF, is there something on the labels
which will give us a clue?

Thanks,
