I have been meaning to post for some time about a freeze dry snack that is
perfect for camping, quick lunches, etc.  It is a freeze-dried product called
"Just Veggies".  Its made by I company I can't find the name of so it may
have the same name.  Its at Box 807, Westley, CA 95387, 209-894-5371.  It
has carrots, corn, peas, bell peppers, tomatoes and nothing else.  Its also
great for traveling.  I have no company connection. Only drawback is that it
is a bit pricy (~$4 for 4 oz.) but I find it really good tasting.
