Hello!
 
I was wondering if there is a LF cheese substitute.  I've made lasagna
with cottage cheese but think I'd do even better without the lactose in
it.  Any suggestions?
 
On the cheese topic, should we avoid cheeses made with annatto unless
we know the exact source?
