I bought an Oster Delux #4811 because a friend had made me a loaf of gf bread
(from a mix) and it turned out beautifully.  But I have not been able to
repeat that process and neither has he.  Does anyone else have this kind of
machine and what is the secret to getting a good loaf of bread?
