This past week I obtained a copy of: _Great Gluten Free Goodies_ by
Rebecca Riley.  She is a professional chef from Portland, ME with a
recently diagnosed celiac son.

Today I had the time to cook and enjoy the Blueberry Coffe Cake.  I am
a firm believer that you can never have too many cookbooks.  The index
