Hi everyone,
I have just had a blood test come back negative for gluten antibodies.
My specialist says that while it's not foolproof, I probably don't have
CD. I still have to stay off wheat anyway as I've shown a sensitivity
resulting in asthma, as does milk and probably soy. My question is that
my legs are absolutely covered in bruises and my arms are starting to
be. My local GP says that I have fragile capillaries which could result
from not having enough vitamin C. He says that increasing my intake of
vitamin c will help to strenthen them. He also said that as I have been
eating foods that have been making me sick for years, that maybe my
vitamin intake couldn't keep up with my bodies demands hence some
deficiency. Does this sound feasible? What can I do about it? I would
appreciate your thoughts on this.
Thanking you
Gina, Bathurst, Australia
