In Bette Hagman's third cookbook, there are four recipes that start on
page 292.

In the US, Boca Burgers are labeled gluten free.  I called last year
and checked on the status because of the malt.  It is made from corn.
The reports that I have is that they have a wonderful taste.  They may
not be available in Canada.  The company is located in Ft Lauderdale,
