Has anyone ever noticed any trouble with asparagus?
I kept thinking that I was accidently ingesting gluten from something
else when I got sick from meals that included asparagus. Then one day I
ate asparagus by itself, and presto! I got sick. I've tested it twice
since then, and it definitely gives me CD like symptoms.
Then I noticed that the tips of asparagus look just like a grain, and the
tips are my favorite part--of course. My encyclopedia doesn't have
anything in it for asparagus. Is is a grass or grain or what?
Can anyone shed some light on this?
