Hi! Two quick questions.

I have donated blood in the past and want to start again but have been
verbally diagnosed (in process of getting blood work and biopsy) with
Celiac Disease. Is it still OK to donate blood without contaminating
the recipient?

I know wines are GF but how about Champagne? I know nothing about how
they make the bubbles. Does any one know if Champagne is OK or which
brands are Ok?

(Hopefully this time I got to the whole list instead of just the
listowners.)

thanks again!
