Hi all...I have been enjoying the info and support these past few
weeks. I have been gluten free for almost a month now and the
improvement in my overall well being has been long awaited. I am a
holistic chiropractor in Atlanta, Georgia and have been wondering
about using any supplements (herbs, vitamins, etc.) which are
enclosed in gelatin capsules. I would assume there is a possibility
that there could be gluten in the capsules (shells). I have seen a
lot of posts lately regarding gluten free medications, and many of
them may be in gel-cap format. Is there any way to find out what is
in each brand of supplement? Is it common for them to have gluten?
Are there different formulas companies use to make the gelatin
capsule? (maybe some use gluten, and others do not?) Thank you for
the help!!
Best in health,
