Info about these products has already been posted, but since these rolls are
so significantly better than anything I've tasted, I have an interest in
making sure this baker stays baking these products.  So, for anyone who's
interested in eating truly terrific bread (even my non-celiac husband loves
them), I highly recommend giving them a call and trying them.  I think we
need to be sure that those who are producing high-quality products for us to
eat stay in business.
