Dear list:

Let us be very careful of our terms here. Hamburger is not the
same as ground beef. When you make hamburgers at home, you usually
use eggs or flour to make the ground beef stick together,
unless you are a celiac. And you add spices.

Butchers grind beef and label it ground beef. That is the law.
Hamburger patties bought in the meat or freezer sections
may have other ingredients. READ THE LABEL.

Fast food hamburgers are wild. Check with each place or chain.
