The Center for Science in the Public Interest, is a Washington DC based
public interest group whose newsletter I have been getting.  They are quite
well known and have testified before Congessional committees about food
labelling and many other nutrition concerns.  So I wrote the head of it, Dr.
Michael Jacobson a letter asking him to help us, and took the liberty of
suggesting that if the Center were to take an interest in helping us,
contributions from a number of people would likely result.  Let's see if he
