Does anyone out there know what fermipan yeast is??  I have a cookbook (gf)
that calls for it specifically in quite afew recipes.  In other recipes
itcalls for rapid rise , so I wonder if this is not just regular yeast.  Any
replies appreciated.  Mary (MI)
