Does anyone know where I can get potato starch and/or flour?  I've looking in
the supermarket and in the health food stores, and while i can find
everything from soy to buckwheat, I haven't been able to find potato, or
quinoa, or sorghum either for that matter.  I live in North Florida
(Tallahassee).
