Good point, thanks.  Can anyone recommend a good, celiac-aware
clinical nutritionist in the New York City Area?
 
Another question:
 
Does anybody have positive/negative reports on ProGain weight-gain formula
by Metagenics?  This one is pretty filling, and tastes somewhat
though not intolerably "yucky".  It claims to be lactose-free,
but has some milkish sounding proteins on the ingredients list.
 
I like these beverages because I'm hungry alot and am sick of
take out food and don't have much time to cook.
