Thanks to all who responded to my post inquiring on GF food in Mazalan,
Mexico. The results were great. It was recommended to stay out of the
"Americanized" places and go with the ethnic foods. A person who lives
close to Mazalan says Mexican food is inherently GF. LETS ALL MOVE TO
MEXICO :)
