I agree with Debra.
For all of you who missed the previous posts about oat substitutes . Here
they are again.
 
Rolled Rice,also called Rice Flakes  .Made from brown Rice and substitute
one on one in your "oats"recipe. Soak the rolled rice for a minute or two
before using.
 
Another source are Rolled Buckwheat also called Buckwheatflakes. These are
soft like oats and can be used exactly the same way as you would use oats.
