Finally I am not able to handle soy products either, are there any
suggestions for lactose free, soy free milk substitutes avaible in
Germany?

Thanks for any and all replies, I am new to this disease and this news
group.  Also just thanks for the newsgroup as I feel very alone as an
American self-diagnosed Celiac in Giessen, Germany (I know self-diagnosis
is not the way to go, but I went through hell with an unsympathetic
doctor, and have had to do all my own research to get this far)
