Hi Friends,

I was at a CSA meeting in LA last Sunday, and one of the speakers mentioned
the grains AMARANTH, QUINOA AND BUCKWHEAT. It was reported that the grains
are safe and GF. The speaker said that anyone having a reaction to these
grains was possibly allergic, and for that reason should not ingest them.

Good News?

Lynda
