I would also question anything in this list you HAVEN'T been eating over
those ten months of success. Also, for me, tolerating beans in any form is
difficult. I get symptoms typical to CD from them. I can manage some
lentils, but many other legumes make me sick, even using beano. You may not
have trouble with them. Just a thought.

Have others had intolerrance for legumes and been able to overccome it by
starting with small amounts as people recommend? I have never managed this,
even with beano.
