While it's true that nuts may be unrelated to each other structurally speaking,
the molds that like to grow on them may be similar.  I am not allergic to nuts
per se, but I am allergic to the molds that grow on nuts.  Perhaps this is the
problem others have when they seem to react to many different, unrelated nuts.
