My name is Tim Morrison from Provo, Utah. I am a new member to
this list, and have recently (in late December 1995) been diagnosed with
Celiac disease. I am coping well, having regained all the weight I lost,
etc. Although it is becoming easier to deal with diet constraints at home,
I find that traveling presents new obstacles. My wife (who is not Celiac,
but very supportive) and I are finding new and tasty ways to eat GF.
We are planning to leave soon on a week-long trip to Prague in the
Czech Republic. I would appreciate advice from any of you on eating GF in
Prague or in foreign countries in general. Thank you for any help you can
offer.
