To Ingrid,
Recently you posted a question of a good gluten free pasta. We have
found that Dietary Specialties carries Aprotein Pasta in many shapes
and it is by far the best anyone here has tasted. My non-celiac family
members do not know the difference in the Aprotein Pasta and "regular
Pasta". I too, have tried many pastas and this is the only one I swear
by. You can reach Dietary Specialties at (800)544-0099. I order the
rigatini shapes by the case and use it in casseroles, or with spaghetti
sauce. Good luck!
