Thankyou to everyone who responded to my question concerning headaches for my
daughter. I decided to summarize the responses since there were enough of
them.

Sodium nitrites in bacon, boloogna, hot dogs, etc. was the culprit in on
person's response.

Someone suggested testing for acidosis. Apparently this is when the bodies
pH deviates from the norm, usually caused by too much protein.

Milk or any dairy products containing large amounts of lactose. (Several
with this same response.)

This being the pollen season, someone suggested checking the diet for
cross-allergies or even considering the possibility of something like milk or
eggs triggering an airborne allergenic reation.

This was a reaction to gluten for some people.

A suggestion was made to have the eyes checked in case glasses were needed.

Some people get headaches from foods such as chocolate, sacharrins, and
nutrasweet products. One person reacted to the other 'safe grains' and
suggested eliminating all grains from the diet and then introducing them in
again one at a time.

A couple other culprits were, cheese, corn, tuna, orange juice, food products
that contained caffine.

One person had an interesting suggestion: when the body was off balance
sometimes the result could be a headache. For example, being too hot/cold,
getting too much sleep/not enough sleep, being hungry/overeating, or bright
sunlight and/or a smokey environment.

Many thanks to everyone who responded. It has opened up my thinking quite a
bit.
