Is this true?  I can't eat anything with corn products in it anyways, but
can anyone verify that maltodextrin is or is not GF?  I will inform the
company that it is not GF if this is true.

I'm another celiac, and you've probably gotten lots of mail on this...
Maltodextrin is not gluten free as far as I
know.  The enzyme used on the corn comes from barley.
Let me know if I'm wrong.
