Lightlife Foods from Greenfield Massachusetts makes 26 products -- 1 of which
appears to be gluten free (also casein, milk and egg free):  Original Tofu
Dog.  It is a tasty soybean-based hot dog-type product.  I spoke with Maggie
(800) 274-6001 x 114 who had clearly done her research in response to other
calls from Celiacs.
 
The natural flavors do not include MSG (for those who have a problem with MSG),
and do not include any alcohol.  The vegetable gum is Guar.  Although this
product is made on the same equipment as other vegetarian hot dogs which
include gluten as the main ingredient, only one type of dog is made per day and
the equipment is completely stripped down and cleaned / steamed every night.
Original Tofu Dog is available at Mrs. Gooch's in L.A. and many other health
food stores.
