We will be in Tucson for the month of April; and would appreciate it if
there is anyone who could recommend a physician in Tucson knowledgeable
about celiac.
 
My husband is a controlled celiac but we would like to have a doctor we
could turn too.  We plan to be retiring to Tucson in a few years.  On this
visit we would like to make contact with a physician.
 
If you have knowledge of any food stores in the area that stock gluten free
foods and flours I would appreciate knowing about them.
