I have been trying to be GF for over 4 months now. Friday my onion soup had
some bread in it, which I decided to eat anyway. Saturday, late afternoon,
my stomach felt awful, like the stomach flu. My wife had food poisoning from
the same restaurant Sat morning so I thought I might have had that. Can
gluten reactions take 24 hours? Are flu-like symptoms in the stomach common?
This is the wheat-containing first bread I'd had in 4 months.
